Cypress St. Bridge

1. Reconstruct existing bridge to make suitable for vehicles and pedestrians.
2. Allow only one-way southbound traffic.
3. It will impove traffic circulation from the downtown core south to Hoghway 1.
4. This was done for a short period of time in the mid 1990s.
