Possible Site for a Parking Structure

| The only area that makes sense to construct a multilevel parking structure is in the area of our two existing parking lots We would need to acquire the three properties north of the Main St. lot (outlined in red) on the south side of Main St. Then combine with the connecting city owned parking lot on Pomeroy Ave. and construct a three story structure with open air parking on top of the second story. Preliminary estimate of parking spaces = 275 |
