Goals:
1. Add extremely low cost parking to Pismo Beach - about 56spaces
2. Calm Traffic on Price Street - includes adding two more stop signs
3. Beautification - add planters to the center median strip
4. By Improving this area we hope to encourage building facade improvement and future investment in the area.
