• Pismo Beach Farmers Market

    The Farmer's Market runs from March 1st through October 31st annually. The market is held from 4:00 - 7:00 pm every Wednesday. All rules and requirements can be found in our Governing Rules document which will be forwarded to all enrolled vendors.

    Vendor booths are $30 or $50 per week to be paid weekly at the close of the market. Certified Producers are charged 7% of total sales plus the $2 CDFA fee as per county requirements. Reduced fees are available for vendors who have participated in the market for an extended period of time.

    PBFM vendors must have the following:
    1) Pismo Beach Business License.
    2) Liability insurance covering the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers
    3) Vendor Permit: Either,
    a) SLO County Certified Producer certification, or
    b) SLO County Temporary Food Facility Permit, or
    c) Retail/Art/Craft vendors must have a CA Seller’s Permit for Taxes:

    Additionally, at your first market you will be asked to sign a Participation and a Hold Harmless agreement.

    Please provide a copy of your General Liability Insurance Certificate covering the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce (649 Dolliver St, Pismo Beach, CA 93449), its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers as an additional insure with liability limits equal to or greater than $1,000,000 Each Occurrence/$2,000,000 General Aggregate/1,000,000 Personal Injury /$100,000 Damage to Premises /$5,000 Medical Expense.

    Copy of your SLO County Temporary Food Permit
    Copy of your California Seller's Permit
