Latino Outreach Council(LOC) is committed to supporting and offering resources for the Latino/Hispanic community by providing forums, programs and cultural events to educate and raise awareness in our county and to enhance opportunities that engage the Latino/Hispanic community in the issues of the county, State and Federal governments.
